Making a PHP based, dynamic weblog that you can manage and administer the weblog using a control panel.
Introduction [1]
A weblog, is a Web site that consists of a series of entries arranged in reverse chronological order. A weblog is usually updated on frequently with new information about particular topics. The information both can be written by the site owner, or taken from other Web sites or other sources, or written by users.
Generally, most of the blogs have these things in common:
1- A basic content area with articles listed chronologically, newest article is on top. Usually, the articles are organized into categories.
2- An archive for older articles.
3- People can to leave comments about the posts by site administrator.
4- A links area which is called a "blogroll".
5- One or more "feeds" like RSS, Atom or RDF files.( An RSS document, which is called a "feed", "web feed", or "channel", contains either a summary of content from an associated web site or the full text. RSS makes it possible for people to keep up with their favorite web sites in an automated manner that's easier than checking them manually.)[2]
Some blogs may have additional features beyond these. I will try to explain how to set up your own blog using WordPress. WordPress is a publishing software with a focus on ease of use, speed and a great user experience. WordPress is blessed with an active community, which is the heart of open source software.Its a well-architectured personal publishing system built on PHP and MYSQL and licenced under GPL (Generally Public Licence).
